Deposits Instore:
Minimum of 50% depsoits are required to hold an item for 30 days. Deposits are nonrefundable or transferable.
Dreadlock Deposits:
To secure a dreadlock appointment I ask for the first hour to be paid in advance to secure the date , this will be deducted from your total amount on the day of your appointment. Some clients chose to have a rollover deposit.
If you cannot attend your appointment I will need at least 48 hours notice to be able to move your deposit to a new date and offer this date to someone else.
If there is any extensions to be made for your appointment the deposit will be disgussed in detail.
All dreadlock deposits are nonrefunable or transferable.
Shipping
All items are sent by tracked delivery via royal mail unless mentioned otherwise.
Items are shipped out several times a week. If you requre your order by a certain time frame then please get in touch before you order.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns of noncustomised items within 14 days of recieving the item. it must be in unworn and new condition. It must be retured with all items that were recieved which includes any additional uncharged for items that were sent with your item.
We cannot refund custom made items as they were made especially for you. If they were damaged in transit please get in touch.
Custom dreadlocks cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons so please make absolutely sure you are happy with your colour choices. feel free to message me prior to your order to ensure the colour is what you wanted.
